This is the US store of Giraffe Tools, and it only delivers to addresses in the United States (not Hawaii or Alaska), with prices in US dollars. UK shoppers can't currently order from it and should use the brand's own UK store at giraffetools.uk, which prices in pounds. This guide is for readers living in the US, expats and anyone sending a present to family or friends there.

Giraffe Tools makes tools that pull out and rewind themselves. It launched its first retractable hose reel in 2018 and now sells wall-mounted pressure washers, garage vacuums, air hose reels and extension cord reels, all designed to be mounted on a wall and kept off the floor. It suits homeowners with a garage or garden, car enthusiasts who wash at home and anyone tired of tangled hoses.

How to save more

  • If you're in the UK, go straight to giraffetools.uk. It prices in pounds and avoids the problem of the US store not shipping here.
  • If you need more than one tool, compare the bundles. The Dream Garage and Dream Garden sets are shown with dollar savings against buying each item separately.
  • Register your product after you buy. Home-use tools carry a 24-month warranty for residential use, and registration makes a claim easier.

US shipping is free, orders usually start shipping within 3 business days, and support is on +1 (833) 583-0881 on weekdays, 9am to 5pm Eastern time. Accessories and pre-order items may ship separately, and the store can't deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 4 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
