Henryka is a British jewellery brand set up in 2006 by designer Anna Emmett, who named it after her Polish grandmother. It started as a small boutique in Hereford and now sells online across the UK and beyond. Most pieces are sterling silver, often paired with Baltic amber, turquoise, coral or moonstone, and many take their shapes from birds, bees, pets and flowers. It suits anyone who likes nature-themed jewellery or is looking for a gift for an animal lover.

Many designs come in plain silver and in a 24ct gold-plated version, and the shop also has a Designer Gemstones section of one-off pieces. Henryka says its jewellery is handmade with partner workshops in Poland.

The silver is hallmarked 925 sterling silver. The gold-plated pieces have a sterling silver base with a coating of 1 to 2.5 microns of 24ct gold, which keeps prices well below solid gold. The shop also sells chains, silver polishing cloths and gift cards, and ships worldwide from the UK, costing £10 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world. Henryka advises taking jewellery off before bathing or swimming, as water can dull the silver and damage natural stones such as amber and pearl.

How to save more

• Check the Designer Gemstone Sale as well as the main sale, as reduced one-off pieces are listed separately.
• Standard UK delivery is £3.99 by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and orders placed before 2pm on a weekday go out the same day. You can skip the £7.50 Special Delivery option if you order a few days ahead.
• Earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons, so check sizes and photos carefully before buying them. Other unworn items can be returned within 30 days.
