Villa Select has been arranging villa holidays since 1983 and is based in Alcester, Warwickshire. It rents out private villas, most with their own pool, across Mallorca, Menorca, Lanzarote and the Costa del Sol, plus the Algarve, Corfu, Crete, Kefalonia, Zante, Cyprus and Croatia. You can book a villa on its own or add flights and car hire, and packages that include flights are ATOL protected.

It suits families and groups who want their own space and pool rather than a hotel, and couples looking for something quieter. The sales team aims to visit the villas, so it's worth calling if you have questions about steps, pool fencing or how far it is to the nearest taverna.

What's worth a look

The prices below were on the homepage for specific October 2026 dates, for a seven-night villa-only stay. They change with dates, party size and availability.

• Villa Andreas, Kalami, Corfu: two en suite bedrooms and a private infinity pool on a hillside looking across the sea towards Albania, about a 10-minute drive from Kalami village. It's currently from £407 for seven nights from 22 October.
• Villa Artemis, Skala, Kefalonia: a three-bedroom clifftop villa with an 8m infinity pool and a BBQ, a 10-minute drive from Skala. It's currently from £428 for seven nights from 11 October.
• Villa Arhontia, Rethymnon, Crete: a single-storey villa in a large enclosed garden with a lawned pool area, about 10 minutes' drive from a sandy cove. It's currently from £480 for seven nights from 20 October.
• Villas with heated pools: a useful filter for spring, autumn or winter-sun trips. Pool heating may cost extra, so check each villa's page.

How to save more

• If your dates are flexible, check the Last Minute Villa Holidays and October pages. That's where the lowest prices tend to show up.
• Ask the team to hold a villa for up to 24 hours while you compare flights. Options aren't held on late bookings.
• Remember the extras. A £10 per person accidental damage charge is added to every booking, and transfers and car hire aren't included, so price these in when comparing villas.
