Wilder Botanics is a small London brand started by naturopath and herbalist Rachel Landon and her husband Charlie. Rachel ran a private herbal clinic for around 20 years, and the range grew out of the blends she made there. Everything is now mixed by hand in small batches in London, using organic ingredients, glass packaging where possible and compostable refill pouches for the teas.
It suits anyone who likes plant-based skincare and bath products and enjoys loose-leaf herbal tea. With gift cards, bundles and pretty glass packaging, it is also a handy place to shop for presents. There is a shop on Lonsdale Road in north-west London as well as the website.
What's worth a look
- Recovery Night Oil, currently £74 for 30ml. A face oil made with the brand's own rose-infused oil, rosehip, pomegranate and marine algae, applied a few drops at a time before bed.
- Serenity Tea, currently £19. A loose-leaf blend of chamomile, lemon balm and oat flowering tops, with refill pouches listed at £16.50 when in stock.
- Healing Spirit Soak, currently £44 a jar, with calendula, French white clay and vetiver. If you want to try it first, the single-shot version is currently £16.
- Flower of the Sun Body Oil, currently £48, a spray-top body oil with calendula, rosehip and sandalwood.
- Sacred Wash, currently from £24 with a pump, a hand and body wash scented with tulsi, palo santo and lavender. It pairs with the Sacred Hand Cream at £25 for 50ml.
The shop also sells herbal tincture drops and flower essences at £22 each, a purifying room spray, a book of recipes by Rachel and digital gift cards from £10.

- Ritual bundles are up to 20% off. The Sleep Ritual brings together the Healing Spirit Soak, Serenity Tea and Restful Sleep flower essence for £68 instead of £85, and the De Stress Ritual is currently £66.40 instead of £83.
- UK delivery is free on orders over £50, sent by Royal Mail.

How to save more
- If you were going to buy two or three products anyway, check whether a ritual bundle already contains them, as the bundle price is lower than buying them one by one.
- Once you have a tea tin, buy the refill pouches, which cost less than a new tin.
- Add a small item such as a single-shot soak to get over the £50 free delivery threshold rather than paying for postage.
