Amaranté London is a florist based in Stratford, east London, best known for its preserved Infinity Roses: real roses treated to keep their colour and shape, then arranged in suede or matte hatboxes and square boxes. The business began in the bedroom of founder Kay Seehra, who developed the preservation method with a Fairtrade farm in Ecuador. It also sells fresh bouquets, potted plants, vases and gift cards, and handles flowers for weddings, corporate events and hotels.

Each rose box is handmade to order in London rather than shipped from a warehouse, and the brand says its preserved roses are designed to keep their look for around a year.
