Botanycl is a British supplement brand founded by Caroline Sims, who won investment from Peter Jones and Steven Bartlett on Dragons' Den in 2023. The range is small and easy to browse, made in the UK and suitable for vegans. If you'd rather buy a few clearly labelled products direct from the brand than browse a huge health store, it's a straightforward place to shop.

Most products come as 60 vegan capsules, which is a month's supply at two a day. If you don't like swallowing capsules, the website says you can open them and add the powder to food or drink. Ingredients and quantities are listed in full on each product page, so check those before buying.

The formulas are free from gluten and synthetic fillers, and the brand has swapped plastic labels for paper ones on its recyclable bottles. Botanycl Ltd is registered at City Road in London, and the customer team runs a live chat from 9am to 1pm, Monday to Saturday, as well as an enquiry form and email at [email protected]. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day, and delivery usually takes two to three working days after dispatch. The brand also ships to the EU from £5.11 and to the rest of the world from £5.90 per bottle.

What's worth a look

  • SkinClear Elixir: the brand's original formula, the one shown on Dragons' Den. Currently £27.95 for 60 capsules.
  • HairGrow Complex: a botanical capsule that includes Korean red ginseng and horsetail extract. Currently £29.95 for 60 capsules.
  • Immunity Daily Defence: the newest addition, combining functional mushrooms with botanicals and vitamins. Currently £29.95.
  • Vitamin C Berry Blend: two capsules provide 200mg of vitamin C, from a berry blend. Currently £16.95, making it the cheapest way to try the brand.

Current offers

  • Start a subscription and save 25% on your first three orders. You can skip or cancel from your account, with no long-term commitment.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £30 and on all subscriptions. Smaller one-off orders cost £2.99, sent tracked by Royal Mail or Evri.

How to save more

  • A single bottle at £27.95 or £29.95 falls just under the free delivery threshold, so a subscription, which ships free, can work out cheaper even before the 25% discount.
  • If you're buying one-off, pairing two products takes you past £30 and removes the delivery charge.
  • Use the skip option in your account if you still have capsules left, rather than cancelling and losing the subscription discount.

Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 4 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
