Brisks: gravel, paving and garden supplies delivered from Cornwall

Brisks is a garden and landscaping supplier from Cornwall that used to trade as Aggregates Direct. It's run by Maen Karne Concrete Products from Melbur Works near Newquay, and it sells by the bag and by the pallet: decorative gravel and slate, play sand, building aggregates, sandstone and porcelain paving, artificial grass, composite decking and timber sheds.

It's a practical choice if you're planning a new path, patio or gravel border and want the materials delivered to the kerb rather than collecting them in the car. Councils, schools and building firms buy from Brisks as well as householders, and you can order a small sample of most stones before you commit.

The range is wider than the name suggests. Beyond gravel and chippings you'll find specialist and sports aggregates, play bark, bagged compost and topsoil, garden furniture, fire pits and planters. Phone support runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, which is useful if you're unsure how much stone a job needs or whether a lorry can reach your drive.

What's worth a look

• 10-20mm Cotswold stone chippings: a creamy gravel that's one of the shop's bestsellers. A half bulk bag is currently £74.50, a full 800kg bulk bag £109.75 and a sample £4.99.
• Premium artificial grass: sold per square metre in 30mm, 40mm and 50mm piles. It's currently from £20.46 per m², down from £26.40.
• Woodgrain composite decking boards: made from wood fibre and recycled plastic, in six colours, currently £32.55 for a 3.6m board (was £42).
• Pent shed, 6ft wide: a timber shed with windows, currently from £689.99 for the 6ft x 4ft size, with longer versions available.
• Porcelain paving: sold in half and full packs, with a clearance section of discontinued colours.

Prices were checked on 4 October 2026 and can change. Delivery is charged on top and depends on your postcode.

Current offers

• Composite decking boards from £32.55 instead of £42.
• Artificial grass reduced, with the budget range from £13.02 per m² (was £16.80).
• LANDTEX weed membrane, 1m x 15m, for £15.50 (was £19.99).
• A price match promise: send Brisks a link to the identical item for less at another UK retailer, delivery included, and it will try to match or beat it.

How to save more

• Use the aggregates calculator before ordering. Returns come with a 5% restocking fee and you pay the carriage, so getting the quantity right first matters.
• Check the Offers collection, which Brisks updates with reduced gravel, sand, decking and paving.
• Compare bag sizes. A full bulk bag usually works out cheaper per kilo than mini bags if you have the space for it.
