Rugs Direct 2U is the online shop of a family-run flooring business based in Pelsall, near Walsall. It sells rugs and runners from suppliers including Mastercraft, Asiatic, Think Rugs, Phoenox and Melrose Interiors, and it also has stores in the West Midlands and Staffordshire. The site is split by style, from contemporary and shaggy designs to traditional patterns, children's rugs, washable rugs, anti-slip rugs and indoor/outdoor pieces. It suits anyone furnishing a living room, bedroom or hallway who wants a choice of sizes and doesn't want to pay delivery on a bulky item.

Most designs come in three to five sizes, often including a runner, and the product pages show a 'from' price for the smallest size. You can order online or by phone, and the team says it will try to find a particular design if it isn't listed.

What's worth a look

Prices can change, so check the product page for the size you want.

Current offers

  • Free UK mainland delivery: on every order, with no minimum spend. It usually takes 5-7 working days. Remote Scottish areas, the islands and the Isle of Wight cost £25 per item, and there's no international shipping.

We didn't find any discount codes or sale prices on the store's own pages when we looked.

How to save more

  • Measure the space first and compare sizes. The step from one size to the next can be large, so a slightly smaller rug can save a fair amount.
  • For hallways, kitchens and homes with pets or children, look at the washable range. You can clean those rugs at home rather than paying for professional cleaning.
  • Check the returns rules before you order. Standard stock comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, but you pay to send a rug back, so it's worth being sure of colour and size.

Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 4 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
