About Rugs Direct 2U
Rugs Direct 2U is the online rug shop of a family-run flooring business in Pelsall, near Walsall in the West Midlands. It sells rugs and runners from suppliers such as Mastercraft, Asiatic, Think Rugs, Phoenox, Melrose Interiors and Nourison, split into contemporary, shaggy, traditional, children's, anti-slip, washable and indoor/outdoor ranges.
The website is run by Carpets Direct 2U Ltd, a company registered in 2006, and the business also has stores in the West Midlands and Staffordshire where you can shop in person. Orders can be placed online or by phone, and the team says it will try to source a rug if you can't find what you want on the site.
Delivery to the UK mainland is free with no minimum spend and usually takes 5-7 working days. The Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight cost £25 per item, and there's no international shipping. Standard stock items come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

- Washable and anti-slip ranges suit busy hallways and kitchens and avoid the cost of professional cleaning.
