Somavedic sells handmade glass devices from its own UK online shop, priced in pounds. Each device has a hand-blown glass body around a core of semi-precious stones and metals, lit by an LED, and plugs in by USB or at the mains. The brand says each one is made by hand in the Crystal Valley glassmaking region of Czechia. The UK shop is run by Somavedic Ltd, which is registered in London.
These are expensive pieces, so they suit buyers who already know the brand and want to compare models, sizes and finishes before ordering.
What's worth a look
- Tiny: currently £95 (prices can change). It is a small optical glass piece, 34 x 18 mm, with a gold logo, made to be carried in a pocket. It comes in Green, Pure and Dark.
- Traveller: currently £520. It is a compact hand-blown glass unit lined with silver, powered by a USB cable with a universal adapter, and designed to go with you, including in the car.
- Vedic gen. 2: currently £820. This is the brand's best-selling home model, with a glass body plated with silver inside and a white light. Custom engraving costs £86.80 extra.
- Elaura Silver: currently £888. It is a newer, compact design in crystal glass coated with silver inside, and comes with a travel adapter for different socket types.
- Bracelet: currently £49 in red or dark. It is one of the cheaper ways into the range.
Higher up the range are Elaura and Amber at £1,980 each and Gold at £5,400, which is customised for each buyer. You can also buy a glass carafe (£285), a crystal pyramid (£95) and spare power cables and adapters.
Each product page lists what comes in the box, along with the materials and care notes. The Traveller and Elaura Silver come with cables and adapters for travelling, and the larger home units plug into the mains. To keep the glass clean, the brand suggests a soft, damp cloth and no liquid cleaners.

How to save more
- Check the returns rules before you choose. Most devices come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, but Gold, Tiny, the bracelets, the pendant, the carafe and the pyramid are excluded.
- Keep the original box, cable and adapter tips. If a device is returned without them, £50 is taken off the refund. You also pay the return postage.
- The warranty is two years, with five years on the LEDs. Leave the serial number sticker on the base, because removing it voids the warranty.
