Supp is a young supplement brand from Sheffield, set up by Olivia Buckley, a biomedical science graduate, and Toby Devonshire. The idea is a small range you can actually get your head round: a dozen or so capsules and gummies, each with a clear daily dose and an ingredient list on the product page, plus an online ingredient library that explains what goes into each one. Everything is made in the UK to GMP standards, according to the brand.
It suits people who want a few everyday basics without wading through hundreds of products, and anyone who prefers gummies to swallowing capsules. Prices are simple too: every pot is between £20 and £25.
What's worth a look
- Vitamin D3 + K2 is currently £20. It's one capsule a day, giving 3000iu (75µg) of vitamin D3 and 100µg of vitamin K2 (MK-7), and it's suitable for vegetarians.
- Montmorency Cherry is currently £20 for 90 capsules. At two capsules a day that's about 45 days per pot, and it's vegan-friendly. It's one of the brand's best sellers.
- Vegan Multivitamin + Mineral Complex is currently £25, a daily formula with 24 nutrients including vitamin B12, vitamin D3, iron, calcium and zinc, put together with plant-based diets in mind.
- Lion's Mane Gummies are currently £25. Each serving gives 200mg of a 10:1 fruiting-body extract, with a berry flavour and a vegan recipe.
- Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies are currently £23: raspberry-flavoured vegan gummies with 5000µg of biotin plus 12 other vitamins and minerals, including zinc and vitamin C.
The rest of the range includes olive leaf extract, D-mannose, green lipped mussel, saw palmetto, African mango extract, ashwagandha gummies, marine collagen and turmeric. Some products, such as marine collagen and turmeric, were showing as out of stock when we looked, so check the product page before you plan an order around them. Prices can change.
Supp's own FAQ makes the point that its products are food supplements, not medicines. Speak to your GP or pharmacist if you have any concerns about your health, especially if you take medication.
Current offers
- 10% off your first order: the site's top banner offers new customers 10% off a first order. It doesn't spell out the mechanics, so look out for the discount when you sign up or check out.
- Free delivery over £30: orders above £30 ship free by Royal Mail in 2-3 working days. Under that, First Class costs £4 and usually arrives in 1-2 working days.
- Subscribe and save: you can have products sent every month, two months or three months. Discounts depend on the plan, are shown at checkout, and you can cancel from your account dashboard before the next billing date.
How to save more
- Pair two products to get past the £30 free-delivery line. Vitamin D3 + K2 and Montmorency Cherry together come to £40, so you skip the £4 postage.
- If you take something every day, compare the subscription price at checkout with a one-off order. Just remember renewals are taken automatically until you cancel.
- Check the capsule count and daily dose before comparing prices. A 90-capsule pot taken two a day lasts longer than it might first appear.
Orders usually leave Supp's UK warehouse within one working day. For questions about an order, the team is reachable through the contact form on the site.
