Undercover Tourist is an American website selling theme park tickets. It started in 2000 with discounted Walt Disney World tickets and now covers Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and other parks and attractions. It suits UK families planning an Orlando trip who want to sort their park tickets before they fly. Prices are in US dollars with tax included. If you pay with a UK card, the amount is converted to pounds on your statement, and your card provider may add a fee for that.

What's worth a look

• Disney's 3-Day Theme Park Base Ticket (e-ticket): one Walt Disney World park per day, recently listed from $391.41 for adults (10+) and $380.78 for children (3-9).
• Universal 3-Day Park-to-Park Ticket: lets you move between Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe, recently from $417.64 for adults and $406.50 for children.
• SeaWorld Orlando tickets: single-day tickets recently from $59.99, plus packages with Aquatica and Discovery Cove.
• Walt Disney World tickets: longer tickets with park hopper options for families staying a week or more.

Ticket prices depend on dates and can change, so check the live price before you buy.

A few points are worth knowing before you order. Base tickets give you one park a day. Park hopper and park-to-park tickets let you move between parks on the same day, which costs more but can suit you if you want to fit in a particular ride or show. Universal's park-to-park tickets are valid over a set number of consecutive days from the start date you pick, so plan which days you'll spend at Universal. Water parks such as Volcano Bay and Aquatica are usually added as a separate option or package.

Disney tickets are sent as e-tickets by email, usually within 24 hours, so there's nothing to collect when you arrive. Once you add tickets to your basket you can choose your country and see the delivery options. Undercover Tourist also offers travel insurance and Universal Orlando holiday packages, but compare those with a UK provider before you buy, as you may already be covered.

• Read the refund terms before you book: most tickets can be returned within 365 days, but a 5% fee applies.
