About Undercover Tourist

Undercover Tourist is an American online ticket seller that started out in 2000 selling discounted Walt Disney World tickets. It describes itself as an authorised seller for the big theme park groups, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando, Universal Studios Hollywood and SeaWorld, and its headquarters is now in Austin, Texas.

The main draw for UK visitors is Orlando. You can buy multi-day Disney tickets, Universal Orlando park-to-park and Epic Universe tickets, Express passes, SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove packages, plus attraction tickets and some hotel and holiday packages. Disney tickets are sent as e-tickets by email.

Prices are shown in US dollars with tax included. If you pay with a UK card the amount is converted to pounds on your statement, and your card provider may add a foreign transaction fee. There is a UK freephone number for customer service. Most tickets can be returned within 365 days, but a 5% fee applies to refunds.
