About Moonpig
Moonpig is an online retailer of personalised greeting cards, sold alongside gifts, flowers, plants, balloons and experiences. Cards can be edited with photos, handwriting and stickers on the website or in the app, and posted to the recipient or to yourself.
The site was launched in 2000 by Nick Jenkins, who named it after his school nickname. It was bought by the Photobox group in 2011 and is now part of Moonpig Group plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has offices in London and Guernsey. Its registered office is on Back Hill in Clerkenwell, London.
Most savings at Moonpig come from its subscription, Moonpig Plus, which cuts card prices for a year, plus short-term codes listed on its own offers and promotions pages. Because nearly everything is personalised, returns are limited, so it is worth checking spelling and delivery dates carefully before paying. Signing up for occasion reminders is another easy way to pick up card discounts through the year.
