Watch Enclave is an independent online watch shop, registered in England and Wales in 2025, that sells new, boxed watches from well-known fashion and watchmaking brands. You will find Hugo Boss, Tissot, Seiko, Citizen, Emporio Armani, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Diesel and Philipp Plein, for both men and women. It suits anyone who already knows the model they want and is looking for a lower price, along with free delivery and returns.

Each listing gives the model reference, case size and strap material, which makes it easy to compare with other retailers. The shop says every watch is brand new and authentic, comes in its original packaging, and is backed by Watch Enclave's own two-year warranty.

• Savings on selected watches. The homepage has a Selected Watch Offers section, with discounts of up to 57% on some models at the time of writing.
• Free next-day UK delivery. Every UK order ships free, and orders placed before 11am on a business day are dispatched the same day.
• Price match. If an authorised UK retailer lists the same model for less, before or within 7 days of your order, the shop will match it or refund the difference.

How to save more

• Check the price match terms before you buy: marketplace listings, voucher discounts and flash sales don't count, and it is one match per item.
• Klarna lets you split the cost into three interest-free payments and Clearpay into four. Only use them if you are sure you can make every payment on time.
• Returns are free within 30 days, but only for unworn watches in their original packaging. Have the bracelet resized only once you're sure you'll keep the watch.

Customer service is available by email and WhatsApp from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If a parcel arrives damaged, the shop asks you to get in touch within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and to keep all the original packaging until the problem is sorted. Orders can also be sent to the EU and further afield, with the cost shown at checkout.
