HERMOSA is a small London brand that set out to make a protein shake people would look forward to drinking. Rather than a sprawling range of flavours and formats, it keeps things simple: a grass-fed whey protein and a vegan protein, each in chocolate or vanilla, plus a creatine powder that arrived more recently. It suits anyone who has a shake after the gym, a run or a swim and is fed up with gritty, artificial-tasting powders, and people who want a plant-based option alongside a whey one.
The company behind it, Live Hermosa Ltd, has been registered since 2017. Orders ship from a warehouse in Birmingham, and the site prices everything in pounds.
What's worth a look
- Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder 1kg pouch is currently £70, in chocolate or vanilla. It is the biggest size and works out cheaper per gram than the smaller packs.
- Vegan Protein Powder 1kg pouch is also currently £70. It is made with pea and hemp protein and comes in the same two flavours as the whey.
- Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder 420g refillable jar is currently £42. Buy the jar once and top it up from a pouch afterwards; the 480g whey pouch is currently £37.
- Pure Micronised Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 300g is currently £26 and is the newest addition to the range.
- Protein Tumbler is currently £21, if you want something to shake it all up in.
There are also boxes of ten 30g sachets for gym bags and travel, at £29 a box, though they were showing as sold out when we looked. Prices can change, so check the product page before you order.

How to save more
- Go for the 1kg pouch if you get through protein regularly. Two 480g pouches cost £74, so the 1kg bag at £70 gives you more for less.
- If you subscribe, set the delivery gap to match how fast you really use it. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account, so you won't end up with a cupboard full of spare bags.
- Two 1kg pouches together come to £140, which clears the £100 free delivery threshold, handy if you and a partner both use it.
UK Standard delivery aims to arrive within 48 to 72 working hours for orders placed before 4pm. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email the team at [email protected] and they will sort it.
