Steam & Oak is a UK online shop for people planning a bit of spa kit at home: hot tubs, swim spas, indoor and outdoor saunas, cold plunge tubs and the heat pumps that keep running costs down. • Anvil 1 full spectrum infrared sauna, currently £2,995. A two-person indoor cabin measuring 120 x 105 x 190cm, with LED lighting and Bluetooth audio, for those who would rather keep the sauna inside.
• Halla 120 barrel cold plunge tub, currently £2,250. A traditional round banded barrel with stainless steel bands, a liner and a timber ladder, for cold dips in the garden.
• Harvia sauna accessory kit (bucket and ladle), currently £59. A simple starter set if you already have a sauna or are buying a cabin without accessories.

How to save more

• Check your power supply first. A 13A plug-and-play tub avoids the cost of an electrician fitting a 32A supply.
• Look closely at sauna variants. Some cabins start without a heater, so compare the full price of the version you actually need.
• Plan the delivery route. Standard delivery is kerbside, and positioning or installation are paid extras, so measure gates and paths before ordering to avoid surprises.
