About Steam & Oak

Steam & Oak is an online shop for home wellness equipment, selling hot tubs, swim spas, indoor and outdoor saunas, cold plunge tubs and heat pumps for hot tubs. Alongside its own Steam & Oak range it stocks brands such as Harvia, HUUM and Holl's, plus sauna heaters and smaller accessories like bucket and ladle sets.

The business trades as Steam & Oak through SGEcommerce Ltd, a company registered in London in January 2026, and is run by its founder, who says he answers customer enquiries personally. Much of the site is given over to practical guides on delivery access, site preparation and the difference between 13A plug-and-play and 32A hardwired hot tubs.

Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, with large items usually arriving kerbside by specialist freight and paid upgrades for positioning, installation and commissioning. Large items can be returned within 14 days if unused, and small accessories within 30 days. The shop says it does not run discount codes and instead keeps its listed prices fixed, with Klarna available to spread the cost.

How to use Steam & Oak voucher codes

Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Steam & Oak in a new tab.
Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
Add what you want to your basket on steamandoak.co.uk.
Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.

Ways to save at Steam & Oak

Choose a 13A plug-and-play hot tub if you want to avoid paying an electrician for a 32A supply.
Check whether your postcode qualifies for free mainland delivery before ordering; Northern Ireland and some Highlands and island areas are charged.
Compare sauna variants carefully: some, like the Saaren barrels, start as cabin-only, and a heater adds to the price.
Use Klarna Pay in 3 at checkout to spread the cost of smaller items without interest.
Budget for optional positioning or installation, as standard delivery is kerbside only.
