Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Joybuy deal here comes from Joybuy itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Joybuy may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Joybuy
Joybuy is the European online store of JD.com, one of China's largest retailers. JD launched Joybuy in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg in March 2026, and the UK site is run by Jingdong Retail (UK) Limited, a company registered in London in July 2024. Unlike a pure marketplace, Joybuy started out buying and holding much of its own stock, and JD has built its own warehouses and delivery network in Europe to support it.
The UK range is broad: everyday essentials such as toilet roll, kitchen towel and laundry pods, drinks and world foods including rice, noodles and frozen Asian groceries, small kitchen appliances, fridges and freezers, TVs, phones, headphones, gaming, toys, beauty, pet supplies and clothing. Big brands such as Apple, JBL, Oral-B, Andrex, Vileda and PlayStation sit alongside JD's own partner brands and value lines.
Joybuy's selling point is speed. Its super-fast delivery covers Greater London, Luton, Milton Keynes and Birmingham, with same-day delivery for orders placed by 11am and next-day delivery for orders placed by 11pm; elsewhere it offers next-day or two-day delivery. New customers get welcome prices on selected items (some in the app only), and the JoyPlus membership adds free delivery on eligible orders, member prices, monthly coupons and Joybuy Points.

Yes. When you buy from Joybuy through our links, Joybuy pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. No. You pay Joybuy's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Joybuy or its affiliate network, not by you.
