Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every EMP code here comes from EMP itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site, and we use AI to validate that codes actually work. When you shop through our links, EMP may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to a charity you choose, at no extra cost to you.
How we verify codes · How giving works · How we make money
EMP began in 1986 as a mail-order business for hard rock and heavy metal fans in Lingen, Germany. The name stands for Exclusive Merchandise Products, and the company grew into one of Europe's biggest rock and pop-culture retailers, with separate shops for countries across Europe. Warner Music Group bought EMP in 2018. UK customers buy through EMP Mail Order UK Ltd at emp.co.uk, with prices in pounds.
The range goes well beyond band T-shirts. Alongside official merch for acts such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, Slipknot and Linkin Park, you'll find film, TV and gaming lines including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel and Pokemon, plus Funko Pop! figures, homeware and vinyl. EMP also runs its own fashion labels, such as Gothicana by EMP and Rock Rebel by EMP, and stocks brands like Dr. Martens, Vans, Hell Bunny and Alpha Industries, with plus sizes on many lines.
Orders ship from Germany and are delivered in the UK by Royal Mail, usually within 5 to 10 working days, for a flat £5.49. Returns are free within 30 days. The Backstage Club membership adds free delivery, 100-day returns and member-only offers for £9.95 a year after a 30-day free trial.

How do I contact EMP customer service?
Use the help centre on the EMP website.
Can I use more than one EMP discount code?
Usually not: most stores, including EMP, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
Does EMP offer a first-order discount?
We don't have a first-order code for EMP right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
Can I use an EMP discount code on sale items?
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Can I combine the EMP student discount with other offers?
Usually not with another discount code, as most stores take one code per order. Student discount often still applies to sale prices and alongside free-delivery deals, so check the terms of the student offer.
Does EMP have app-only codes?
We don't have an app-only EMP code right now. When one appears it shows here with an App only badge. EMP links to its app for iOS and Android from its website.
Why didn't my EMP code work?
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Are these EMP codes verified?
Codes marked Verified have passed our check, with the date and time shown on the code. We use AI to validate that codes actually work. Codes without the badge come from EMP itself or its affiliate programme but haven't been verified yet.
Does Voucher Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from EMP through our links, EMP pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity you choose. We donate once EMP confirms the sale, usually 30 to 90 days later, and pay charities once a year.
Does using Voucher Magpie cost more?
No. You pay EMP's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by EMP or its affiliate network, not by you.
How do I use an EMP discount code?
Tap Get code and we copy it for you. Add your items to the basket on the EMP website, then paste the code into the discount or promo code box at checkout.
