Boogie Bounce is a UK fitness brand built around one idea: dance-style workouts on a mini trampoline with a T-bar handle to hold on to. It started in 1996, when founder Jenny Belcher needed a low-impact way to exercise after a serious knee injury. Today it runs instructor-led classes and sells folding rebounders for home use, along with an app and YouTube membership with more than 100 routines. It suits people who want cardio that's gentler on the joints, anyone who finds the gym a bit of a slog, and families who want something everyone can have a go at in the living room.
What's worth a look
- Studio Rebounder Bundle: currently £79, down from £129 (prices can change). This is the entry-level option: a double-folding Studio mini trampoline with T-bar handle, a month of free app access, two pairs of gripper socks and a carry bag. The site describes its 32-spring design as virtually silent, and the weight limit is listed as 127kg. It's a good fit if you want to try rebounding at home without spending a lot.
- Elite Rebounder Trampoline Bundle: currently £124, down from £149. This is the trampoline Boogie Bounce uses for its own programme. It runs on 32 silent bungees rather than springs, and the bundle adds a free Boogie Band, a month of app access, three pairs of gripper socks, a carry bag, a bungee cover skirt and a selection of spares. It's the one to pick if you plan to bounce several times a week.
- Strength & Tone Bands (1 set): currently £19.99. The set has two attachable bands, a free band, a loop band and a drawstring bag. Boogie Bounce says they're only for use with its Strength & Tone and HIIT programmes, so they're an add-on for people already following those routines. Note that they contain latex.
- Black Trampoline Gripper Socks, pack of 3 pairs (size 4–7): currently £9.99. Grippy socks help you feel steadier on the mat. Both bundles already include some, so these are mainly worth buying if you need spares or another family member is joining in.

- Free next-day delivery on rebounder bundles (UK mainland only, according to the product pages).
- One month of free app access with rebounder bundles. After that, the app is £3.99 a month.

How to save more
- Compare what's in each bundle, not just the price. The Elite bundle costs £45 more than the Studio, but it adds the Boogie Band, an extra pair of socks, the skirt and spares. If you'd only buy the Studio and then add a band and socks separately, the gap gets smaller.
- Use the free app month properly. Try a few different programmes during the trial so you know whether the £3.99 monthly subscription is worth keeping before it starts.
- Sign up to the newsletter. Boogie Bounce says its newsletter carries the latest deals, so it's worth joining before you buy add-ons like bands or wrist weights.
