XSHRED is a 12-week online training and meal-plan programme created by Daniel Galanis, a personal trainer who runs Exodos Fitness from a gym in Bayswater, west London. The nutrition side was written by Lykourgos Stefanakis, a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist. Everything is delivered through the MyPTHub app for a one-off payment, so there's no monthly subscription. It suits people who want a structured plan to follow at home or in the gym without paying for regular one-to-one sessions, from beginners to people who already lift.
What's worth a look
- The XSHRED 12-week programme: currently £49 as a one-off payment (prices can change). The plan runs in three four-week phases called Foundation, Acceleration and Definition. Each workout has video demos, coaching tips, optional ab finishers and modifications, including lower-impact swaps. You get instant access in the app, along with progress tracking where you can log measurements and upload photos.
- Light and Standard versions: included in the £49. The Light version has three training days a week and the Standard version has five, so you can pick whichever fits around work and family. At home you'll want some basic kit such as dumbbells and resistance bands, and the FAQ lists substitutions if you don't have a barbell or pull-up bar.
- Meal plans and bonus routines: included. The meal plans are chosen by body-fat range and don't need any weighing or macro counting. The package also includes the Core-X ab workouts and Stretch Zone mobility routines, which you can add to any training day. You can repeat the programme at no extra cost once you've finished.
Current offers
- 10% off the XSHRED programme with code XSHRED10.
- A 7-day money-back guarantee: email [email protected] within seven days of buying for a full refund.
- When you join you can enter the £1,000 transformation challenge. You upload a "before" photo, complete the 12 weeks and submit an "after" photo. The coaching team picks a winner every three months, judging effort and consistency as well as the change itself.
How to save more
- Start the programme as soon as you buy, so you can use the 7-day guarantee window to check it suits you.
- If you're training at home, use the dumbbell and resistance band substitutions rather than paying for a gym membership.
- Only one promo code works per order and codes can't be combined with other discounts, so use XSHRED10 on its own.
Support is through in-app messaging or by email. The terms note that results vary from person to person and aren't guaranteed.
Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 3 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
