ChildrensFootball.com was set up by a group of parents whose children play grassroots football, and who help run and coach junior teams themselves. The shop trades from Macclesfield in Cheshire and sells most things a young player, a parent or a volunteer coach might need: footballs in every size, goals from garden models up to 11-a-side posts, rebounders, cones, bibs, shin pads, goalkeeper gloves and pitchside gear. There's also a good choice of gift sets and licensed club merchandise.
It works well for parents looking for a birthday or Christmas present, and for coaches and schools buying in bulk. Clubs and schools can pay by bank transfer, and there's a partnership scheme that shares a rebate with clubs.
