About Dunelm
Dunelm is a British homewares retailer based in Syston, Leicestershire. Bill and Jean Adderley started it in 1979 as a market stall in Leicester selling home textiles, and it opened its first shop in the city in 1984. It traded as Dunelm Mill until 2013 and has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2006.
Dunelm sells around 100,000 products for every room, including bedding, curtains and blinds, furniture, lighting, kitchenware, rugs and decorations. Its own brands include Dorma, Fogarty and Elements, and it also offers made-to-measure curtains and blinds.
The company runs 204 shops alongside its website and app, and many shops have a Pausa café. Online orders can be collected free from a shop, often within two hours. Standard delivery is free over £60, and large items and furniture come by two-person delivery, free on orders over £600. You can return or exchange items within 28 days under its change-of-mind policy.
