About The Towel Shop
The Towel Shop is a family-run textile business based at Swan Mill in Bolton, Lancashire. It sells to households as well as to hotels, care homes, gyms, holiday lets and other trade customers, and the company behind it, The Towel Shop Ltd, was incorporated in 2018.
Towels are the core of the range, sorted by size and by weight from 400 to 700 GSM, with bale sets that bundle face cloths, hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets. The site also stocks hooded, shawl-collar and waffle dressing gowns, duvets by tog rating, pillows, fitted and flat sheets, mattress protectors, tablecloths, curtains and a range of flame-retardant bedding for commercial use. Prices are shown both including and excluding VAT, and there are wholesale and bulk options for businesses.
Orders go out by DPD from Bolton, with free delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders over £35 and a Click & Collect service through a network of pick-up points. Unused, unwashed items can be returned within 365 days. A price promise refunds the difference if you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, and a rewards scheme gives points on every order.
