About Karaca
Karaca is a homeware brand that started in 1973 as a small family business and now sells dinner services, cookware, cutlery, glassware, small kitchen appliances, bedding and towels. It is known for its Turkish tea makers and Turkish coffee machines, alongside porcelain and bone china dinner sets for six, eight or twelve people.
This is Karaca's German online shop, run by Karaca Porzellan Deutschland GmbH in Düsseldorf. The site is in German, prices are in euros, and its terms say orders are only for delivery addresses in Germany. UK shoppers can't order from it; Karaca has a separate UK shop at karaca.co.uk, which is the one to use from Britain.
For readers living in Germany, the shop lists delivery times on each product page and many items carry a free-delivery label. Customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal plus a voluntary 30-day returns promise for unused standard products, and there's a free customer phone line on weekdays.

How to use a Karaca voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Karaca in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on karaca.com.de.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Karaca
- UK shoppers should use Karaca UK (karaca.co.uk) instead, as this shop only delivers in Germany.
- Check the reduced price shown 'im Warenkorb': many discounts are applied in the basket rather than on the listed price.
- Look at the 50% off pots and pans collection for single pans and stockpots.
- Use the supplied returns label, as returns without it cost extra.
