Bio-Synergy is a London sports nutrition brand that has been going since 1997, when founder Daniel Herman made his first protein shake. The range now covers whey protein, creatine, electrolyte tablets, collagen powders and vitamins, sold under the Bio-Synergy, Active Woman and Activeman names. It suits regular gym-goers, runners and team-sport players who want a UK brand they can buy direct, with the option of a repeat subscription.
You can browse by product type or by sport, from football and rugby to Hyrox, cycling and yoga. The company is a certified B Corp and says many of its products are made in the UK, and it uses DPD for deliveries. UK orders usually arrive in three to five working days, and international orders in one to two weeks.
