About Cocktail Crates
Cocktail Crates sells boxed cocktail kits that contain the miniature spirits, liqueurs, mixers and instructions needed to make a set number of drinks at home. Ranges are grouped by cocktail and spirit, from Margaritas and Martinis to Negronis, Pina Coladas and Old Fashioneds, with an alcohol-free mocktail set too. Each product page lists exactly what is in the box, such as the size and strength of each bottle, and how many drinks it makes, which is usually four or more.
As well as one-off gift boxes, there are larger boxes that pair the cocktails with a charcuterie selection, and a subscription club that sends a new box every month, every two months or every quarter. Subscribers get boxes that are not sold individually, and there is also an annual plan timed for a birthday or anniversary. Boxes are prepared for dispatch on the 23rd of each month, with payment taken on the 20th. Plans can be cancelled from your account or by email.
The site is run by Style Kreep Ltd, a company registered in London in 2017. Delivery is free across the UK, and because the boxes contain food and drink, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Problems with damaged or incomplete boxes need reporting within 48 hours, with photos. Customer service is by email only.
