ELFBAR is a vape brand launched in 2018 by iMiracle, a company based in Shenzhen, China, with its trading arm in Hong Kong. Its UK web store is run on the brand's behalf by Flavour Warehouse Limited, a company in Darwen, Lancashire, that was set up in 2013. All products are for adults aged 18 and over, and first orders go through an Age Checked verification before dispatch.
The store sells rechargeable prefilled pod kits such as the ELFBAR 600, 600 Pro, PLUS12 and DUAL10K, refillable pod kits including the ELFX Pro and ELFA Turbo, replacement and prefilled pods, ELFLIQ 10ml nic salt e-liquids, and bundles that pair a kit with pods or e-liquid. There's also a page where you can check whether an ELFBAR product is genuine using the code on its packaging.
Orders before 8pm on weekdays and 1pm at weekends are usually dispatched the same day. Royal Mail first class and Evri 48-hour delivery are free on orders of £20 or more, and tracked 24-hour and DPD next-day options cost extra. A free loyalty scheme gives 10 points per £1 spent, with points worth 1p each and usable on up to half of an order.

Usually not: most stores, including ELFBAR, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.

It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.

A catch-up bill after months of estimates can be a shock. Ofgem's rules mean your supplier usually can't charge you for energy used more than a year ago. Here's how to check your bill and challenge it.
