About Vawoo
Vawoo is an online marketplace for vaping products. Rather than holding all its own stock, it lists items from registered suppliers, such as Vaping Space and Vapour Store, and the UK version of the site prices everything in pounds. The range covers starter and advanced kits, pod systems, box mods, replacement pods and coils, tanks, e-liquids, batteries, chargers and accessories such as wicking cotton and bottles. You must be 18 or over to buy.
The site is run by AEV Solutions Limited, a London-registered company. Orders are sent from warehouses in Europe and China, and product pages for UK delivery show standard shipping at £7.00 with an estimated 20 to 30 days, in plain packaging. Large orders may arrive in several parcels at no extra cost, and the delivery policy sets a 45-day maximum before you can ask for a refund. If customs charge duty or tax, you can pay it or refuse the parcel; refused or seized parcels are refunded for the product cost but not the shipping.
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own cost, and orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not shipped. Some listings are aimed at overseas markets, so check tank sizes and nicotine liquid volumes against UK rules before you order.

- Combine items in one order: split shipments carry no extra shipping fee.
- Allow 20-30 days for delivery and factor in possible customs charges, which the buyer pays.
