Click Pharmacy is an online pharmacy run from premises in east London by Varioline Health Ltd, and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. It has been trading since 2017. Alongside its private prescription services it sells the kind of everyday products you'd pick up in a high street chemist, from cold and flu remedies and throat lozenges to moisturisers, baby wash and first aid.

It suits anyone who would rather restock the bathroom cabinet without a trip to the shops, and people in England who want their repeat NHS prescriptions posted to them. Everything goes out in plain packaging, and the pharmacy team can be reached by phone, email or live chat on weekdays.

The A to Z list is longer than you might expect. You'll find familiar names such as Aveeno, Cetraben, Calpol, Strepsils, Lemsip, Benylin and Rennie, plus allergy relief, teething products for babies, insect bite treatments, inhaler spacers and travel essentials. Every product page shows its price and available sizes up front, and some pharmacy medicines ask a few quick questions before you can check out, just as a pharmacist would at the counter.

Click Pharmacy uses Royal Mail for delivery, and orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day. It doesn't deliver outside the UK. For people with long-term conditions, its NHS service handles repeat prescriptions through the electronic prescription service, so your GP sends the prescription and Click Pharmacy posts the medicine to you.

Skincare is a strong part of the range: the Aveeno Cream 300ml is £8.99, and the baby section includes Aveeno's hair and body wash. For winter colds, Olbas Oil and Strepsils are both under £5. Always read the label, and ask the pharmacist if you're unsure whether something is right for you.

• Delivery is charged per order: Economy is £3.50, Standard £4.50 and Next Day £7.95. Group your basics into one order and pick Economy if you're not in a hurry.
• Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day, so you rarely need to pay for next-day delivery.
• Unopened non-prescription items can be returned within 14 days, so keep things sealed until you need them.
• Check the size options. Several products, such as Olbas Oil and Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion, come in more than one size, and the A to Z list shows the starting price, so compare before adding to your basket.
