Your Company Formations is an online company formation agent on City Road in London. It registers new limited companies with Companies House on your behalf. It suits anyone turning a side hustle, freelance work or a new idea into a proper company, and it has packages for clubs, charities, flat management companies and founders who live outside the UK.
Every price on the site is shown on top of the £100 Companies House registration fee, which you pay whichever route you take, including registering directly with Companies House. What you pay the agent for is speed, help with the forms and paperwork, and extras such as a London address. As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider, the firm can also carry out the identity checks that every new director now needs.

The Digital package at £2.48 is the cheapest way through: formation, identity verification, digital documents, your company's tax reference (UTR) from HMRC and the free online company manager. For most sole founders working from home, the Privacy package at £17.48 is the better buy. It uses the firm's London EC1 address as both your registered office and your director's service address, so your home address stays off the public register. Bought separately, the registered office alone is £29 a year.
If you'd like VAT registration, a business trading address and a year of filing support handled for you, the Fully Inclusive package bundles them for £44.48. After formation, one-off services such as confirmation statements, share transfers and name changes can be bought as and when you need them.
