About Your Company Formations
Your Company Formations is an online company formation agent based on City Road in London. It registers new UK limited companies with Companies House for a small fee on top of the government's own £100 registration fee. Its packages start with a bare-bones Digital option and go up to bundles that include a London registered office, a director's service address, VAT registration and a year of filing support.
Besides standard limited companies, it handles companies limited by guarantee, charity companies, property management and right-to-manage companies, LLPs and PLCs. It also has a package for people outside the UK who want to set up a UK company. Once your company is formed, you can buy one-off services such as confirmation statements, share transfers, name changes and dormant accounts, and manage your filings through its free online company manager.
The firm is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider, so it can carry out the identity checks that directors now have to complete. It says its team has worked on City Road since 1971, and it plants a tree for every company ordered through its partnership with Ecologi. During sign-up you can choose a business bank account from partners such as Barclays, ANNA, Cardone and Zempler, and the site says some of these pay cashback.
