Xcaret is the official booking site for Grupo Xcaret's parks and tours on Mexico's Caribbean coast, between Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. The flagship park opened in 1990, and the group now runs adventure and water parks, evening shows, cenote and Maya ruin tours, a catamaran and ferries. If you're heading to the Riviera Maya, you can book days out here before you fly. The English site shows prices in pounds for UK visitors and takes PayPal as well as the main cards.

Tickets are for a set date, and the site issues an e-coupon that you show with ID at the ticket booth. Some tickets include hotel transport, or you can add it when you book.

What's worth a look

Here are the main parks and tours to compare when you plan a trip.

Xcaret Park is the one most people start with: more than 50 attractions, including underground rivers, a coral reef aquarium, a butterfly pavilion and a children's area with shallow pools. The day ends with Xcaret México Espectacular, a show with more than 300 performers. The Xcaret Plus ticket adds a buffet lunch, a locker area and snorkel gear. For a slower day in the water, Xel-Há is an all-inclusive inlet and river where you can snorkel, float on an inner tube and eat and drink as much as you like.

Older children and teenagers often go for Xplor, with its zip-lines, cave swims and amphibious vehicles, or its after-dark twin, Xplor Fuego. Both have a minimum age of five. For history, the Chichén Itzá tours take you to the UNESCO-listed city and its El Castillo pyramid, and Xenotes visits four cenotes with kayaking and an assisted rappel.

Current offers

  • The Xcaret Sale (code XCSALEOCT) runs from 3 to 16 October 2026. It takes 30% off Xel-Há, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xoxi, Xenotes, the ATV tours and the Chichén Itzá tours, and 25% off Xcaret Plus, Xcaret Admission and Xplor.
  • Our list also has up to 20% off the parks with MEXICO26, 10% off for Día de Muertos with XCAFF10, and 10% off the Fury and Catamaran experience.
  • On the site, the 3x2 packages give three parks for the price of two until 31 December 2026, and a build-your-own package of up to four parks and tours advertises 20% off.

How to save more

  • Book early. Buying online at least 7 days ahead normally saves 10%, and 21 days ahead saves 15% on most parks (not Xcaret Park). Promotions usually can't be combined with these early-booking discounts, so compare both.
  • Check the family prices. Children up to 4 go free at Xcaret and Xel-Há, and 5 to 11-year-olds usually pay less than adults.
  • Read the cancellation terms before you buy. Promotional tickets cancelled more than two days ahead lose 10% to an admin fee, and later cancellations aren't refunded.

Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 6 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
