Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Tantaly code here comes from Tantaly itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Tantaly may pay us a commission. It never changes your price.
About Tantaly
Tantaly is an adult brand that designs and sells its own range of doll torsos, full-size dolls and male masturbators, plus accessories and cleaning kits. Its UK site prices everything in pounds, and the range runs from compact mini models up to heavyweight full-body designs. The brand promotes its own softer materials and a removable insert system that makes cleaning easier.
The brand says its story began in California. The site is copyright Ruhot Technology Inc, and it has sister stores for the US, Europe, Canada and Japan. UK orders are sent from a warehouse in Bremen, Germany, which is also the returns address.
Most UK orders ship free in discreet packaging by DHL or UPS. They take 6 to 10 business days, and very heavy items cost extra. Because parcels come from Germany, HMRC may charge import VAT, duty and clearance fees, and the customer pays these. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days, but return postage and a 15% restocking fee are deducted. Faulty items must be reported within 90 days.
Tantaly delivery and returns
| Delivery | Free on most products; items over 53 lb cost £45–£80. Processed in 24–48 business hours, then 6–10 business days by DHL or UPS from Germany. No PO boxes. UK customs may charge import VAT (typically 20%), duty and clearance fees, payable by the customer. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 14 days from receipt, unopened only (hygiene). Customer pays return postage and 15% of the order is deducted as a restocking fee. Returns must be agreed with customer service first. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 90 days. |

How to use a Tantaly voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Tantaly in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on tantaly.co.uk.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Tantaly
- Allow for import charges. Orders ship from Germany, so HMRC may add VAT, duty and a clearance fee on delivery.
- Watch your inbox after ordering. If customs asks for clearance documents, you have about a week to upload them before the parcel is sent back.
- Be sure before you open the inner packaging. Opened items can't be returned, and returns lose 15% plus postage.
- Check the weight before buying a large doll. Items over 53 lb carry a £45–£80 delivery charge.
- Look at the Sales collection, where selected dolls are cut by £70 to £80.
