Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Original Penguin deal here comes from Original Penguin itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Original Penguin may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Original Penguin
Original Penguin began in 1955, when the American underwear and sportswear maker Munsingwear launched a golf shirt with a little embroidered penguin on the chest. The brand's own story says the bird, nicknamed Pete, was inspired by a stuffed penguin a salesman bought on a trip. Munsingwear's polo became a classic of the golf course, and Perry Ellis International bought the brand in 1996. The UK site is run by its PEI Licensing arm.
Polos are still the heart of the range, alongside T-shirts, shirts, knitwear, sweatshirts, jackets, jeans and trousers, shorts and swimwear, and shoes, sandals and sunglasses. There is also a dedicated golf section with men's polos, layers and trousers and a women's golf range of polos, skorts and dresses. In the UK the brand has outlet shops at places such as Cheshire Oaks, Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, York, Livingston, Swindon and Clarks Village in Street.
UK standard delivery is £3.95, free over £50, and next-working-day delivery is £4.95, free over £100. UK returns are free by Royal Mail or InPost locker: 28 days for full-price items and 14 days for sale items. Students get 20% off full-price styles via Student Beans, and key workers can claim discounts through the site's appreciation page.

How do I contact Original Penguin customer service?
Use the help centre on the Original Penguin website.
Can I use more than one Original Penguin discount code?
Usually not: most stores, including Original Penguin, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
Does Original Penguin offer a first-order discount?
We don't have a first-order code for Original Penguin right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
Can I use an Original Penguin discount code on sale items?
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Can I combine the Original Penguin student discount with other offers?
Usually not with another discount code, as most stores take one code per order. Student discount often still applies to sale prices and alongside free-delivery deals, so check the terms of the student offer.
When does Original Penguin usually run 20% off promotions?
Over the last two years we've listed Original Penguin codes or deals worth 20% or more in October. Sign up for alerts to hear when the next one lands.
Why didn't my Original Penguin code work?
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Are these Original Penguin codes verified?
Every Original Penguin code here comes from Original Penguin itself: its own daily feed through its official affiliate programme, or its own website. Each offer shows when we last checked it.
Does Voucher Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from Original Penguin through our links, Original Penguin pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
Does using Voucher Magpie cost more?
No. You pay Original Penguin's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Original Penguin or its affiliate network, not by you.
