Lost Mary is a vape brand owned by iMiracle (HK) Limited. Its official UK online store, lostmary.co.uk, is run by Flavour Warehouse Limited from Darwen in Lancashire, and sells only genuine Lost Mary products. Everything on the site is for adults aged 18 and over only, and first-time buyers have their age checked by Age Checked before the order is sent.

The store suits adult vapers who already use Lost Mary devices and want to buy straight from the brand's UK outlet rather than a corner shop. The range centres on prefilled pod kits and their replacement pods: the BM600, the BM6000 (in 20mg, 10mg and refillable versions) and the bigger NERA15K and NERA30K. There are also 10ml nic salt e-liquids, gift sets and an authenticity checker if you've bought Lost Mary elsewhere. The brand also has shops in Kings Heath in Birmingham, Norwich and Edinburgh.

Orders placed before 8pm on a weekday or 1pm at the weekend usually leave the warehouse the same day. Options run from free Royal Mail first class on orders over £20 to tracked 24-hour services, and EU orders go by DHL or DPD. The site also has a page explaining the new UK vape duty and what it means for prices, which is worth reading if you've noticed prices changing. The customer service line, 01254 949748, is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
