Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Desirel code here comes from Desirel itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Desirel may pay us a commission. It never changes your price.
About Desirel
Desirel is a European online adult shop with a dedicated UK site, desirel.co.uk, priced in pounds. It stocks more than 10,000 products, covering sex toys, lingerie, lubricants, condoms, games and couples' gifts, with well-known brands such as Satisfyer, LELO, We-Vibe, Lovense, Womanizer and Svakom sold next to its own Desirel range. It also runs a seasonal adult advent calendar section.
The business says it opened its first online store in 2004 and now delivers to 26 European countries. The UK site is operated by Fantasy Shop Kft., and orders are sold by Webshop Logisztika Kft. in Budapest, Hungary. Both companies are named in full in the site's terms.
UK orders go by Evri, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 working days, and orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day. Parcels go out in plain, unbranded "PrivaPack" boxes with a neutral sender name, and card and PayPal statements show only "Webshop Logistics". You get 30 days to change your mind, or 90 days if you have a registered account, and registered customers also collect loyalty points on their orders.
Desirel delivery and returns
| Delivery | Evri standard delivery across the UK, estimated 3–4 working days, with up to 3 delivery attempts and full tracking. £5.71 on orders up to £97.03, free from £97.04. Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 30 days to withdraw (90 days for registered account holders); the customer pays return postage. Lingerie can't be returned or exchanged for sizing reasons, but faulty items are replaced. |
Desirel at a glance
| Loyalty scheme | Registered customers earn points worth 5% of their order (2% on discounted items), plus £2.50 for registering and £4 for confirming the newsletter. Points last 120 days, can be used on orders over £22, can cover up to 15% of an order and can't be combined with coupons. |
|---|---|
| Ways to pay | Visa and Mastercard, or PayPal. Statements show the neutral name "Webshop Logistics". |

How to use a Desirel voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Desirel in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on desirel.co.uk.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Desirel
- Spend £97.04 or more and UK delivery is free. Below that it's £5.71.
- Create an account before you order. Registered customers get 90 days to return items instead of 30, and earn loyalty points.
- Loyalty points can't be used together with a coupon code, so work out which saves you more at checkout.
- Check the size chart before buying lingerie, because sizing returns aren't accepted.
- Order before 5pm for same-day dispatch.
