About MyJoyToys

MyJoyToys is an independent adult wellness shop run by MyJoyToys Ltd from Stepney Green in east London. Its founder started the business from her bedroom in 2021 and the company was incorporated in 2022. The shop puts a lot of emphasis on a calm, judgement-free tone, with buying guides, a blog and a page of links to outside support organisations alongside the products.

The range is organised by collection, by experience (first time, couples, travel friendly and so on) and by product type. It includes toys from brands such as LELO and Svakom, lingerie, games and gift sets for couples, lubricants and massage oils, batteries and a line of slogan hoodies, T-shirts and vests called End The Stigma.

Every parcel goes out in plain packaging with nothing on the outside to show what is inside. UK orders go by Evri standard (2 to 3 working days), Evri express (1 to 2 working days) or DHL next day, with costs shown at checkout, and orders placed before 2pm on weekdays usually leave the same day. You have 14 days to tell the shop you want to return something and another 14 to send it back, but sealed items can't be returned once opened. Over-18s only.
