The site has been trading for more than 20 years and is run by Notonthehighstreet Enterprises Ltd from Bristol. Because each item is made or dispatched by an individual seller, delivery charges, timings and personalisation options vary from product to product, and returns are arranged by contacting the seller.
For regular buyers the main saving is the NOTHS & More membership, which costs £10 a year and gives 10% off every order plus a birthday discount.
