About RELX
RELX is a vape brand that started in Shenzhen, China, in 2018 and now sells in many countries. Its UK web store, relxnow.co.uk, is run by RELX International Enterprise HK Limited and ships from a warehouse in Birmingham. RELX products contain nicotine and are for adults only: you confirm you're 18 or over to enter the site, and every order has to pass an age check (face scan, ID or card) before it's sent.
The range is built around closed pod systems, where you clip a prefilled pod into a rechargeable device rather than filling a tank. Devices include the Essential 2, Infinity 2 Plus, Artisan Plus and the newer Creator Pro, which takes its own larger Creator Pod. Pods come in fruit, tea, mint and other flavour families, mostly at 18mg/ml nicotine, with some 0mg options. The site also lists MAXGO and NicLeaf products.
There's an Autoship subscription for regular pod deliveries, a rewards club and a refer-a-friend scheme. Devices carry a 12-month limited warranty, and RELX offers a refund within 60 days of dispatch for product quality issues on regular-priced items bought directly from the site.
RELX delivery and returns
| Delivery | Free delivery on orders of £39 or more. Below that, Royal Mail 48 (2–5 business days) is £4.90 and DPD (1–2 business days) is £6.90. Ships to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and British Forces addresses, Monday to Friday only; orders after 3pm Friday go out on Monday. Every order needs age verification before dispatch. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Products with a quality issue can be refunded within 60 days of dispatch under the 'Just RELX' policy. Only regular-priced items bought directly from the site qualify; sale and clearance items and disposables are excluded. Missing items must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video. |

How to use a RELX voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open RELX in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on relxnow.co.uk.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at RELX
- Orders of £39 or more ship free, so combine pods with a device to reach it.
- Have ID ready: every order is held until the age check is completed, and the name must be your real one.
- Sale and clearance items can't be refunded under the 60-day quality policy, so keep that in mind when buying reduced devices.
- Film the unboxing if you can: missing-item claims need a full unboxing video and have to be made within 48 hours.
