Xiaomi is a Beijing technology company founded in 2010 and now one of the world's biggest phone makers. Its official UK store at mi.com/uk sells in pounds and covers far more than phones: there are tablets, smart bands, speakers, TVs, monitors, robot vacuums, air fryers and electric scooters too. It suits anyone who wants solid specs for the money, whether that's a first smartphone, a fitness band or a smart TV for the spare room.

The phones come in three families. REDMI is the budget-friendly line, POCO aims at people who want performance for less, and the Xiaomi range is the flagship, including models made with Leica cameras. Everything runs Xiaomi's own HyperOS software on top of Android.

What's worth a look

Here are six picks from the UK store, from a pocket speaker to a 43-inch TV, at the prices listed on the site today:

The REDMI Note 17 5G at £249 is the entry point to the new Note 17 series, which also includes the Pro and Pro Max at £359 and £429. If you want a flagship, the Xiaomi 17 is listed at £649. At the cheaper end, the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active is £24.99 and the Sound Pocket speaker is £19.90, both handy gifts. Browse the full range on the all products page.

Delivery, returns and paying

Orders ship Monday to Friday with couriers including DPD, DHL and Royal Mail, and you can track them from your account. Delivery covers UK addresses only (not the Isle of Man). If you change your mind, there are free returns within 14 days with no reason needed. As well as card payments, the store offers PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 3, and some products can be spread over instalments at 0% interest. Check whether you can afford the repayments before you choose any form of credit.

Current offers

The REDMI Note 17 series is on an early-bird launch offer until 23:59 on 16 October 2026: save up to £70, with a free wearable gift and a trade-in bonus. Separately, the new user page has coupons for first-time buyers, including an extra £20 off smartphones when you spend £250 and £5 off smart home and lifestyle products when you spend £59. Downloading the Mi Store app gets you £15 off and 100 Mi Points. Delivery is free on orders over £59, and most orders arrive in two to three working days.

How to save more

• Collect the new user coupons before you place your first order. They only apply to that first order, so don't miss them.
• Use Mi Points. You earn one point for every £1 you spend, plus bonus points for signing up and getting the app, and 100 points take £1 off a later order.
• Check the trade-in page before you upgrade. Launch offers often add a trade-in bonus on top of the value of your old phone.
