Rayna Tours: Burj Khalifa, desert safaris and Dubai theme parks

Rayna Tours is a Dubai-based travel company that sells attraction tickets, day trips, desert safaris, dhow cruises and holiday packages online. It began on hotel travel desks and now runs some experiences itself, including desert camps and balloon flights. Most of the range is in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but there are activities in Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket and Bali too.

It suits anyone heading to the UAE who wants to book the big sights before they fly, rather than queueing at the gate or haggling at a hotel desk. The site opens in dirhams or US dollars, but you can switch the currency to pounds, which is how the prices below are shown.

What's worth a look

These Dubai favourites show how prices start, though they change by date and ticket type.

The Evening Desert Safari from £21.37 is the classic Dubai half day: hotel pick-up in the afternoon, a 4x4 dune drive as the sun goes down, then a Bedouin-style camp with a barbecue dinner and live entertainment. For a cheaper view of the city, Dubai Frame starts at £9.25. Its glass-floored Sky Deck sits 150 metres up between old and new Dubai.

Families can look at Dubai Parks and Resorts from £46.23. Depending on the ticket you pick, it covers MOTIONGATE, LEGOLAND Dubai and its water park, and Real Madrid World. Atlantis Aquaventure on Palm Jumeirah, from £42.73, is the pick for water slides and a private beach.

The Burj Khalifa At The Top ticket, from £30.82, takes you to the observation deck on the 124th and 125th floors, with a gallery about the building on the way up and an open-air terrace at the top. For an evening out, the Dhow Cruise Dinner in Dubai Marina starts at £18.49. If your trip takes in Abu Dhabi, Singapore or Thailand, the same site sells tickets there too, so you can keep all your vouchers in one account.

Current offers

Our Rayna Tours page has a deal on Dubai Parks and Resorts tickets. On the Rayna site at the moment, the seasonal picks on the homepage include:

• Ferrari Theme Park Abu Dhabi marked "Save 11.6%", from $83.05 instead of $93.94.
• Burj Khalifa At The Top marked "Save 5.7%", from $40.84 instead of $43.29.

How to save more

• Check several dates. Prices are set per day, so moving a visit by a day or two can change the price.
• Look for free cancellation. Tickets such as Burj Khalifa At The Top and Dubai Frame can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before, which is useful if your plans change.
• Bundle the theme parks. A Dubai Parks and Resorts pass covering more than one park usually costs less than paying for each one separately.
