Together Health is a family-run supplement brand from Leeds, run by three brothers and a close friend. It makes vitamins and minerals from foods, plants, algae and ocean minerals, and every product is made in the UK. The brand says it uses no artificial additives or processing aids, and every batch is tested by independent laboratories, with the reports published on its site. It suits anyone who already takes a daily supplement and wants a plant-based, vegan-friendly range at sensible prices.

Most products come in 30-day packs of one or two capsules a day. There's a recommender tool on the site, and you can browse by range, for example vegan, dairy-free or the multivitamins.

The cheapest way to start is with a single nutrient. Magnesium and Vitamin D3 are £7.49 each for 30 capsules. The magnesium comes from seawater, and the D3 is a vegan form made from lichen. If you'd rather take a single daily capsule, the Women's Multi (£11.99) and Men's Multi (£12.49) each contain 22 nutrients from plant, algae and fruit sources.

Mushroom 5 is the priciest product here at £27.99, but it's a 60-capsule pack. It blends five mushroom extracts: chaga, lion's mane, maitake, reishi and shiitake.
