Yutrients is a new UK supplement brand with a simple idea: rather than juggling several tubs and bottles, you take one scoop a day of a powder blended just for you. Each tin is made to order in the company's own lab in the UK, with every ingredient weighed to your chosen dose, then engraved with your blend's name and posted out. It suits people who already take a few supplements and want to simplify, and anyone who likes to see exactly what's in their scoop.

The idea started around a kitchen table in 2023, when two supplement-industry veterans listened to one of their sons complain about the seven different powders and drops he took every morning. The finished blends go into juice, a smoothie or a protein shake.

The Women's Platinum Multi Vitamin and Minerals blend packs 24 vitamins and minerals, including iron, folate and vitamin D, into one scoop for £24.95 a month on subscription. The men's version has 23. Both come in 50+ versions too. If you'd rather choose everything yourself, the build your own tool lets you pick each ingredient and dose, and there's a guided quiz and an AI builder if you want suggestions. Each ingredient has a daily limit based on UK guidance, and the site warns you if you try to go over it.

How it works

Blends are sold mainly as a monthly subscription, and you can change the ingredients, pause or cancel from your account. Tins are dispatched within five days of ordering by Royal Mail Tracked, which usually takes another one or two working days. Yutrients only ships to UK addresses, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Because each tin is made just for you, it can't be returned once production has started, but damaged or incorrect tins are replaced free. Yutrients says every blend is checked by a registered nutritionist before it is made, and it recommends talking to a healthcare professional first if you take medication, are pregnant or have a medical condition.

The main saving on the site is the subscription price: popular blends such as Daily Energy and the Platinum multivitamins are £24.95 a month on subscription against £31.19 bought once, and the site advertises up to 30% off. Shipping is free on subscription orders over £35, and every renewal ships free whatever its value.

How to save more

• Subscribe rather than buying a one-off tin. It's cheaper each month and you can still cancel any time.
• Make your first subscription order £35 or more to avoid the £4.95 shipping charge.
• Change your mind quickly. Orders can only be cancelled before your blend goes into production, which often happens within hours.
