Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every WhereLight code here comes from WhereLight itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, WhereLight may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About WhereLight
WhereLight is an online eyewear shop run by Wherelight Inc., which says it was founded in 2015. It sells prescription glasses, frames on their own, sunglasses, reading glasses and children's glasses, with lens options including single vision, bifocal, progressive, blue light filtering, photochromic, polarised, tinted, anti-fog and driving lenses. Frames are grouped by shape and style, from cat-eye and aviator to rimless, clip-on and glow-in-the-dark designs.
You choose a frame, pick a lens type and enter the prescription from your optician, including your pupillary distance (PD), which the site explains how to measure. You'll need a valid glasses prescription; WhereLight notes that a contact lens prescription isn't the same thing. There's a virtual try-on to see frames on your own photo. Frames start at a few dollars, and lens upgrades are priced separately.
WhereLight's prices are in US dollars and its return address is in Cary, North Carolina. It ships to the UK, with economy delivery taking 15 to 30 business days and express 5 to 10, after a processing time of up to 10 business days depending on the lenses. Shipping is free on orders over US$69 to the UK, US and Canada. Import duties and taxes aren't included and are the buyer's to pay, so UK customers may be charged VAT or a handling fee on delivery.

Yes. When you buy from WhereLight through our links, WhereLight pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order.

No. You pay WhereLight's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by WhereLight or its affiliate network, not by you.
