Carnival Internet is a fairly new UK broadband provider that only sells full fibre, meaning the fibre connection runs all the way into your home rather than switching to old copper wires at the street cabinet. It's the trading name of Audra Solutions Ltd, a London company set up in 2022, and it sells its service over several established networks, including Openreach, CityFibre, Community Fibre, Freedom Fibre and Trooli.
It suits households that just want fast broadband without wading through TV and phone bundles. There are three speeds to choose from, every plan has unlimited data on a 24-month term, support is based in the UK, and the company says it gives 1% of every subscription to projects tackling digital poverty.
What's worth a look

The entry-level Carnival Go starts at £23.97 a month and is aimed at one or two people who stream in HD and work from home. Busier homes are steered towards Carnival Boost at 550Mbps, while Carnival Max reaches up to 1,000Mbps for £29.99 a month, just £1 more than Boost on the homepage. The price you actually pay depends on which network serves your address, so put your postcode into the checker before you decide.
Broadband comes wires-only as standard, so you'll need your own router or one of Carnival's add-ons. The Audra Safe router costs £1.99 a month and adds a hardware firewall, content filtering and parental controls with screen time limits. If you'd rather own your kit, eero mesh routers can be bought outright, from £59.99 for the eero 6+ up to £349.99 for the eero Max 7, plus £9.95 postage.
Current offers
We don't have any Carnival Internet codes right now, but the standard deal is straightforward:
- Full fibre from £23.97 a month on a 24-month term, with Boost from £28.99 and Max from £29.99.
- No installation or activation fees and no upfront payment on the router, although the homepage mentions a small set-up cost, so check the total before you order.
- One Touch Switching, so Carnival contacts your old provider for you and the new line goes live on the day the old one ends.
How to save more
- Factor in the price rises: Carnival adds £3 a month every April, starting in April 2027, so budget for that across a two-year contract.
- Use a router you already own if it's up to the job, as the service is wires-only and router hardware is an optional extra.
- Check your current contract end date before switching. One Touch Switching handles the move, but your old provider may still charge an exit fee if you leave early.
