About Carnival Internet
Carnival Internet is a UK broadband provider that only sells full fibre, with the fibre running all the way into your home. It is the trading name of Audra Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales in October 2022 with an office on Baker Street in London. It is regulated by Ofcom, belongs to the Internet Services Providers' Association and says its customer support is based in the UK.
There are three speed tiers, all with unlimited data on a 24-month term: Carnival Go (115 to 220Mbps, from £23.97 a month), Carnival Boost (550Mbps, from £28.99) and Carnival Max (up to 1,000Mbps, from £29.99). The service runs over several partner networks, including Openreach, CityFibre, Community Fibre, Freedom Fibre and Trooli, so the exact price depends on your address. Broadband is supplied wires-only by default; you can add an Audra Safe firewall router with parental controls for £1.99 a month, or buy an eero 6+, eero 7 or eero Max 7 mesh router outright.
Carnival says there are no installation or activation fees, most installations take 7 to 10 working days, and One Touch Switching means it contacts your old provider for you. Prices rise by £3 a month each April from April 2027, and leaving early costs £50 plus 75% of the remaining contract. The company also says it donates 1% of every subscription to work tackling digital poverty.
