West Ham shop this week: 10% off for season ticket holders and 5 more ways to save

Season ticket holders can take 10% off the new 2026/27 West Ham shirts at the official West Ham United shop, bringing a £75 adult shirt down to £67.50. Beyond that, there's no sale this week: the club's focus is the new New Balance kit and the Christmas range, and our check of the site found no reduced prices. There are still useful ways to pay less, and here are six.

At a glance

1. 10% off New Balance for season ticket holders

Season ticket holders get 10% off full-price New Balance merchandise, online and in store. That includes the new home, away and third shirts, so a £75 adult shirt drops to £67.50 and a £110 Elite shirt to £99. Online, log in with your 2026/27 season ticket details and the discount comes off in the basket. In store, show your 2026/27 season ticket card and proof of renewal.

It suits regulars kitting out the whole family, since youth shirts (£60) and training wear count too.

Tip: Log in before you check out. The club won't apply the discount afterwards, and it can't be combined with other offers or discount codes.

2. Free standard UK delivery over £100

Standard delivery normally costs £4.99, but it's free on orders over £100. A £75 adult shirt with £15 name-and-number printing and a £17 pair of socks comes to £107, which clears the bar.

It suits anyone buying a full kit or a few Christmas presents in one go.

Tip: If you're just under £100, a stocking filler from the gifts section can cost less than the £4.99 delivery charge.

3. Free Click & Collect from four club stores

Click & Collect is free at the Stadium Store at the London Stadium and the shops in Romford, Lakeside and Basildon. Orders are usually ready in 1-3 working days and are held for 14 days.

It suits fans in east London and Essex, or anyone going to a home game.

Tip: Wait for the confirmation email before you go, and bring photo ID. The Stadium Store gets busy on matchdays, so allow extra time.

4. 15% off on your birthday

Registered members get a unique 15% birthday code by email, which works on the online store for 30 days. It can't be used with the season ticket discount, on gift cards or on delivery.

It suits fans who aren't season ticket holders, since it's one of the few ways to get money off the new kit.

Tip: Make sure your date of birth is saved in your membership profile, as that's the date the club uses.

5. The new kit for less than at the big chains

It isn't a discount, but it's worth knowing: the club sells the adult 2026/27 shirts for £75, while Sports Direct and Lovell Sports list the men's New Balance shirts at £84.99. Baby kits are £50, infant kits £55 and youth shirts £60, and there's an unsponsored version of the adult and women's shirts at the same £75.

It suits anyone buying the new shirt who doesn't have a season ticket or a birthday code to use.

Tip: Official printing costs £15 for a name and number on any shirt, but printed items can't be returned unless faulty, so check sizes first.

6. Gifts Under £10 and Christmas from £3

The Gifts Under £10 section has stocking fillers such as face transfers at £3, a super bounce ball at £4, a crest pen at £5, a 24-piece sticker set or snap cards at £6 and junior touchscreen gloves at £8. The Christmas range includes adult Christmas jumpers at £35, junior jumpers at £25 and family pyjamas from £23 for juniors.

It suits anyone buying for a young fan, or topping up an order to reach free delivery.

Tip: Gift cards and e-gift cards are on sale too, but they're non-refundable and can only be spent on merchandise, not tickets.

How to save more at West Ham United

• Log in first: season ticket holders must be logged in before checkout to get their 10%.
• Group your orders: put kit and presents in one basket to get over £100 for free delivery.
• Collect for free: use a club store instead of paying £4.99 for delivery.
• Check before printing: sizes vary between kits, and printed shirts can't be exchanged.
