Bazta: everyday toiletries and household bits, with a members' price tier

Shopping at Bazta? See all current Bazta discount codes and deals, checked regularly.

Bazta is an online department store with a UK site selling the sort of things you'd usually pick up on a supermarket or chemist run: shampoo, hand soap, body cream, cleaning sprays and laundry products, along with phone cables, headphones, kitchen gadgets, toys and baby items. It's run by Europe Ecommerce OÜ, a company based in Tallinn, Estonia, and was started in 2022. Everything on the UK site is priced in pounds and delivered only to UK addresses.

The thing to understand before you shop is how Bazta's pricing works. Each product shows two prices: a normal price that anyone can pay, and a lower Bazta price for members. Membership costs £9.95 a month, the first 14 days are free, and it renews automatically until you cancel. It suits people who'd place a few decent-sized orders of household staples each month, and less so anyone buying a single item.

What's worth a look

• Atrix Cream 150ml is currently £2.99 at the normal price, or £1.99 for members. A handy one to stock up on for dry hands in winter.
• Nivea Cream Soft Hand Soap 250ml is currently £2.49, or £1.75 for members.
• L'Oréal Kids 2-in-1 Tropical Mango Shampoo 250ml is currently £4.29, or £2.59 for members, if you're shopping for children's bath time.
• Yugou Get Out Foaming Drain Cleaner 450ml is currently £4.99, or £2.39 for members.
• Squeeze Butter Rainbow Squishy Fidget Toy is currently £2.99, or £2.69 for members: a small pocket-money style gift.

Prices can change, so check the product page before you order.

Current offers

• Free 14-day membership trial: new members get 14 days of member prices without paying the fee. After that it's £9.95 a month until you cancel from My Account.
• Cheaper delivery for members: members pay £2.95 for parcels up to 2kg and £4.95 for heavier ones. Without membership, delivery is £9.95 up to 2kg and £14.95 above that.

Orders go out with PostNord and usually arrive in three to seven working days, with tracking from dispatch.

How to save more

• If you start the free trial, put a reminder in your calendar a couple of days before it ends so you can decide whether to keep it or cancel.
• Bundle your shopping into one order. Delivery is charged per parcel, and anything over 2kg costs more to send, so heavy bottles of laundry liquid are best bought alongside lighter items.
• Check the returns rules for anything you're unsure about. You have 30 days to cancel, but you pay the return postage, and opened hygiene-sealed products can't be sent back.

Bazta's contact page lists an email address, [email protected], but no working phone number or opening hours, so please read the delivery and returns terms carefully before ordering.
